Connecting Feedlas to Slack
Follow the instruction below, or click on the button to connect Feedlas to Slack.
01.
Go to the Integration menu in Feedlas App, find and pick Slack from the list of integrations.

Grant Slack permissions to Feedlas, but note that you must be a Slack admin to complete the authorization.

Feedlas will automatically retrieve all user feedback from the Slack channels and groups it has access to, centralize it within the platform, and extract valuable insights and labels.
04.
Feedlas can send notifications to a dedicated Slack channel to highlight specific user feedback (currently entered manually ,with automation coming soon).
05.
Feedlas proactive notifications help motivate your team by highlighting positive user feedback, boosting morale and engagement.
